Movement
Proper spinal movement is aligned with flexibility and strength.
Having adequate flexibility of tissues around the spine and pelvis allows full normal spinal movement, prevents abnormal force on the joints, and decreases the possibility of injury. Stretching exercises prepare muscles for activity. Stretching before and after a workout can prevent muscles strain, soreness and help to avoid injuries. Stretching exercises will help improve your flexibility and strengthen muscles.

I started chiropractic care after suffering back pain that at times left me unable to leave my bed, let alone move. I had consulted specialists at the hospital, had MRI scans and tried phyiso, stretching and osteopath treatment.
Since starting my chiropractic care, I have been aboe to gradually start running and remain pain free 95% of the time. I no longer take pain killers just to be able to get out of bed and look after my children.
I have chosen to continue with regular check-ups to help keep me pain free, flexible and enable me to keep running when I want to and highly recommend chiropractic - it has made a huge difference to my life and health, both physically and mentally.
